Our attentive staff are trained to make sure all of their canine guests are happy, healthy and in a safe environment throughout their stay.

Both large and smaller dogs can enjoy their own space

During exercise and play time, our visiting dogs are grouped according to size, age and temperament to make sure our smaller dogs don’t feel anxious by being with larger dogs. Small dogs within a similar age, nature, size and breed have their own purpose-built kennel building and exercise yard.

We give the dogs exercise and play time twice daily: first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon. All play and exercise time closely is monitored by our team of trained staff.

Boarding Kennels: We have a large complex consisting of two kennel buildings. One kennel building is for small dogs while the second for medium and large dogs.

Individual Kennels: Safe and secure accommodation for your valued family member. Each dog is housed in its own individual indoor kennel. Medium and large dogs also have an outdoor run. Our dog guests can run, jump, play and interact with other dogs.

Cool in summer and warm in winter; they are all surrounded by large trees that provide shade and comfort.

We have 15 different very large grassed areas for our dogs to exercise, explore and play.

Dog care, health and nutrition

Dogs under our care are fed Eukanuba and Royal Canin. We are happy to give your pet their own special dog food when provided.

Every morning we check the consumption of food and water for close dietary maintenance. We also monitor urinary and bowel motions.

We have a 24-hour vet on call, for any eventuality.

Health issues are mentioned in the Dog Information Sheet which you are required to fill in prior to your dog checking in at our pet hotel.
